Spacious suite with sofa bed, table and chairs and tv, with an unexpected bonus :terrace with barbecue, bathroom with bathtub. The beds are extremely comfortable and slept well during our stay. The sofa could be used as it was a pull out sofa bed. AC was great and housekeeping too! Cute breakfast area and lovely decor . Breakfast was great everyday, nice selection of breads, fruits, charcuterie, even had scrambled eggs, bacon , mini sausages and delicious fresh fruit everyday. Every level was equipped with a microwave and kettle ! Staff was great and always with a smile :)

Hotel is pretty good. It is located on a busy street so some street noises will be something to take into consideration. If you are not a light sleeper it wont be to big of an issue. Staff is really nice and helpfull. Breakfast is good, different options so there is something for everyone. The staff makes sure everything is restocked regularly so there is always enough and it is fresh. From the hotel you can easyly walk to the bay, the city center or other sites.

First and foremost that it is family friendly. The hotel had a special corner set for kids with toys, the breakfast was really good. Diffferent options, all really tasty. The location is really good, close to restaurants and other facilities. the staff was really friendly and we are so grateful that they allowed us to do the check in three hours earlier than expected. We really recommend it, and we will definitely come back. Thanks a lot to all the staff of Hotel Laitau!

The kindness and friendliness of the staff, the parking, the room and facilities. It had a children area with a little kitchen, that we've seen children very happy playing with and lovely Christmas decorations. The staff called us without us requesting but because they remembered we said we had an early flight and we were not for breakfast at the time we mentioned we would. That was very thoughtful and could have saved us from missing the flight in case we were actually late. Very comfortable rooms, great shower, it made our stay in Setúbal even better, thank you 🙂

very clean hotel at a very good price including breakfast, free parking in front of the hotel, 10 minutes walk to the historic center, very attentive friendly staff, has elevator and good internet, if you don't like the noise of the main street, you would be in good hands at the back of the hotel like rooms 403,405,407 or on the other floors on the same side, there is a smaller, quieter street and the rooms have a wide view of the greenery and the local Neighborhood

Lovely hotel, clean, well situated. The room is not too big, but clean and bright. Breakfast exceptional, good range of the food. We booked this hotel because of the proximity to the natural park and we didn't regret it.

Loved the location and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Especially the bathroom. I think for a budget hotel, this one really stands out because of the great comfort and attention. Breakfast is very good. Not sure why people in the comments say otherwise. Very typical Portuguese items as well as eggs, bacon and Nutella! I really love that it is PET FRIENDLY!!! My dog loved staying here too and the staff were very friendly to her as well. 100% recommended. Hope nothing changes about the way it is managed because I would love to come again. Please pet families, treat these gems well so other pet parents can bring their fur babies! Thank you!

The staff was very helpful, gave us some good tips. The breakfast was ok, you could definitely find something that you like to eat. The room was big enough for 4 people, maybe a bit noisy since we had room with a street view. The hotel is located close to the centre, walking distance.
